Do you have a retail store for me to buy a cake today?
No, we do not have a retail store. Our facility is however approved by the city and inspected by the health   
department.  We only do orders that are placed in advance.
 
How do I place an order?
Before placing an order make an inquiry using our contact us form.  We will check our availability for
your date and get back to you.
 
Do you require a deposit?
Yes 50% of the total order is due at time of ordering.   
 
When is the balance on the order due?
Balances are due 14 days prior to delivery or pick up.   

What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, cheque, Credit Card and online invoicing.  Payment can be made by cheque when received at least 2 weeks before the due date,  An online invoice for credit card payments through PayPal or Square can also be emailed to you.

Do you make cakes for special dietary needs?
No.  We routinely use known allergens (wheat, nuts, dairy, eggs and sugar) in our kitchen and therefore do not accept orders for allergy free or sugar free goods .
 
When are you open for me to pick up my cake?
All pick up times are arranged with a 1hr window. 

Do you rent cake stands?
Yes, we do have a number of stands available for rent.
