I apologize that you can not order directly from my site.  In order to allow me time and to check my availability I ask that you use the contact us field to place an order.   

Ideally 2 weeks.  As I only bake to order I may not be able to get to your items right away, depending on what else I have scheduled for that day.  If you need something for a certain date then order as far in advance as possible.  If you are totally flexible even better.

I will be baking just for you.   As with many baked items there is a very short shelf life before  bakes will start to harden.  That's why, if possible I like to bake early in the morning for an afternoon pick up.  That way you will have everything fresh,

Once i have sent you an order confirmation I will email you ways to pay.  Including Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Cheque and Cash.

Simple because I do bake to order.  All recipes make several,.  Some recipes I have been able to split to make just half a dozen or so, some recipes will be sold as a whole like in the tray bakes.   When there is a minimum, say 6 and you need 9, just ask, i may be able to make the recipe just a little bigger.  

There are some items that have a little longer shelf life that I do post.   I prefer to only post in the cooler months.  For orders that are to be posted I bake on Mondays and post that day.  I use UPS ground most the time but 2nd day air is also a good choice .  Exact cost for posting is not known until the box is ready to label.  Generally between $10-$20.
